We offer 2 types of executive search services:
Retained Services:
For those clients requiring the highest level of service, search services are provided on a retained basis whereby the client pays a 1/3 engagement fee, 1/3 after the presentation of candidates, and then the remainder of the fee upon search completion. Retained services include site visits, management interviews, candidate recruitment and interviewing (including face-to-face), reference checking, and compensation negotiations.
Contingency Search:
For clients that do not require a retained level of service, we also provide executive Search Services on a contingency basis. The client pays a fee only upon placement of a candidate and completion of the search. Contingency search services are usually provided on an exclusive basis. We generally do not meet the candidate on contingency searches.
